The seller hereby expressly declaims all warranties either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. These products are not designed for use in medical, life-saving or life-sustaining applications. Customers using or selling these products for use in such applications do so at their own risk and agree to fully indemnify A and A Scales LLC for any damages resulting from such improper use or sale.

·CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED IF THE ITEM(S) IS ON BACK-ORDER

 DELIVERY

 ·ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR CHANGES IN DELIVERY ADDRESS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER

·OUR RESPONSIBILITY CEASES WHEN PRODUCT IS SHIPPED

 RETURNS

 ·A and A Scales LLC WILL ACCEPT RETURN OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE OR ERRORS IN PRODUCT SHIPPED

·ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS

·GOODS CANNOT BE RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION FROM A and A Scales.  PLEASE CALL 800-481-4114 TO SCHEDULE RETURNS

·RETURNS FOR CREDIT ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER

·RETURNS MUST BE MADE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY A and A Scales LLC

·ALL AUTHORIZED RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING CHARGE IF RETURN IS BY CUSTOMER’S CHOICE AND MUST BE SHIPPED PREPAID

·CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS FOR RETURN AND REPLACEMENT IF BY CUSTOMER CHOICE

·ALL RETURNS WILL BE SUBJECT TO MINIMUM 25% FEE IF RETURN IS FOR NO REASON OTHER THAN DEFECT IN EQUIPMENT OR ERROR IN SHIPPING
